Prerana is from Madison, WI. She is majoring in Chemical Engineering, and is one of the founders of the ISPE UW-Madison Student Chapter. She has been involved in ISPE since March 2023. Prerana has industry experience as a Process Engineer Coop at both International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), and Promega. At UW-Madison she was also an undergraduate research assistant for the Yin Lab for a year.

Allison is from Clarendon Hills, IL. She is majoring in Chemical Engineering with a certificate in Biology in Engineering. She is one of the founders of the ISPE UW-Madison Student Chapter and has been involved in ISPE since December 2023. Allison has past experience as an Process Engineer intern at Affiliated Engineers, a Systems Test Engineer Intern at Exact Sciences, and as a cancer research assistant at the Lang Lab. At UW-Madison she is also an undergraduate research assistant for the Boydston Additive Manufacturing Research Group and on the Club Tennis Team. After graduating, Allison is joining Evonik as a Rotational Process Engineer.

Caroline is from Hartland, WI. She is majoring in Biochemistry with a certificate in Science Communication. She is one of the initial founders of ISPE and served as Communications Chair from July-December 2024. She worked with the UW E-Business Consortium for most of her college career, an organization which produces professional learning events for members of a variety of Wisconsin companies. She has also worked in the Mouse Breeding Core & Research Services in the University Medical Sciences Center.
Nathan Holland

Major: Chemical Engineering
Nathan is from Southbury, Connecticut. He is majoring in Chemical Engineering and joined ISPE as the treasurer in 2024. Nathan has industry experience as a chemical process engineering intern at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, WI and as a manufacturing engineering intern for Parker Medical Inc. in Danbury, CT. Nathan is an undergraduate researcher in the Ngo Lab and plans to continue academic research as a PhD student.
